The Bisley Field Target Organisation (BFTO) will store and use your personal data for the purposes of your involvement in communication with the club. The data will be collected and processed in accordance with the BFTO Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be shared with anyone outside of the BFTO without your explicit permission unless we are legally required to do so.

The BFTO respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to outline the information we may collect and how we may use that information. As technology continues to develop, our privacy policy may need changing in order to provide the best possible service to our site visitors.

We would recommend you check and make sure that you have read our most recent policy statement when you visit our website. This website only collects personally identifiable information about you (i.e., your name, address etc.) when voluntarily submitted by you, the visitor. Visitors may choose to submit personal information to obtain information (e.g., via an enquiry form) or to submit a comment.

Providing personal information is up to you, our visitor. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. We will not sell, give, lend or trade your personal information to third parties that will drive spam email to you. The information provided by you will only be used to answer your enquiry and in the case of the on-line membership system, to manage your membership. We do not now and do not currently intend to give, or sell, or trade personal information about you to third parties. The only time personal data would be released is in cooperation with, for instance, a police enquiry or insurance matter.

I understand that by submitting information to us via this website, via the membership portal or by any other means confirms your consent that your data will be used in accordance with the GDPR Policy show above.

The BFTO website may contain links to other sites and whilst we make every effort to only link to sites that share our standards, we cannot be held responsible for the contents and privacy policies of such sites, because due to the nature of the internet, we have no control over the content held on these third-party sites. Security measures are in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the information received from our on-line visitors, and to make such information as secure as possible against unauthorised access and use.

This site uses several Cookies some of which are necessary for the working of the site (specifically the content management system and membership portal) some are started by Google Analytics.

Google Analytics collects technical information automatically when you connect to our site which is not personally identifiable.
